About the role:
As Administrator working within a team of 4, you’ll report to the Area Manager and become a key player in the smooth running of our operations. You’ll manage records, and help ensure that our safety, quality, and sustainability processes run like clockwork. You’ll support the administrative side of essential services and be the go-to contact for information requests, complaints, and day-to-day team support. With an eye for detail, you’ll also help us identify opportunities to save money, reduce waste, and continuously improve the way we work. You will be liaising with contractors to ensure works are completed within provided timescales, and also with DIO and chain of command.
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience in an office administrative role
- Strong IT skills and confidence in using systems such as Excel and Word
- A proactive mindset who can work independently and thrives in a team environment
- Experience with Maximo or MS Office training would be a bonus, but not essential
