Are you a proactive, organised, and tech-savvy administrator ready to take on your next challenge in a fast-paced and meaningful environment? Do you thrive when supporting others, keeping things on track, and making a real difference behind the scenes? If so, we want you on our team!

At VIVO, we're committed to delivering essential support services for military families across the UK. As part of the Accommodation Contract, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our site teams are set up for success every day.

As Administrator working within a team of 4, you'll report to the Area Manager and become a key player in the smooth running of our operations. You'll manage records, and help ensure that our safety, quality, and sustainability processes run like clockwork. You'll support the administrative side of essential services and be the go-to contact for information requests, complaints, and day-to-day team support. With an eye for detail, you'll also help us identify opportunities to save money, reduce waste, and continuously improve the way we work. You will be liaising with contractors to ensure works are completed within provided timescales, and also with DIO and chain of command. This role requires a resilient person who can handle numerous tasks at once and is able to remain calm and efficient under pressure. It would suit someone from a fast paced environment.

To succeed in this role, you'll need previous experience in an office administrative role, along with strong IT skills and confidence in using systems such as Excel and Word. We're looking for someone with a proactive mindset who can work independently and thrives in a team environment. Experience with Maximo or MS Office training would be a bonus, but not essential. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates clearly, and enjoys helping a team succeed. You'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking organisation where your ideas and efforts truly matter. Join VIVO and take pride in a role where your support helps provide safe and effective housing for military families across your area.

What we offer:

  • Up to 6% contributory pension scheme
  • 25 Days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Volunteer leave
  • One paid professional subscription
  • Life Assurance Policy
