VIVO Defence Services is seeking an experienced Built Estate Manager to oversee maintenance, compliance and estate management across Defence sites.
You will work with MOD, DIO and partners to ensure safe operations and best value.
This on-site, full-time role requires leadership of multi-site teams, strong budget management, and deep knowledge of statutory compliance, Maximo, JSP 375 and asbestos/legionella controls.
