Location: Liverpool, Merseyside, GB, L24 9HJ
Contract Type: Part Time
Working Hours: Weekends, 16 hours. Rotating shift pattern; Week 1 – 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and Week 2 – 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM
As a Customer Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a vital role in ensuring their requests are logged, tracked and resolved. Every day will be different, and your work will directly contribute to the smooth running of essential services across the MoD estate.

What You’ll Do
- Work in a helpdesk team of 16, handling inbound and outbound telephone calls and managing customer queries via email and other digital channels.
- Log and monitor service requests using the CAFM system (Maxmio), ensuring a professional and efficient service at all times.
- Support colleagues and contribute to projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work to agreed KPIs and SLAs while maintaining site security, safety and compliance standards.
What You’ll Need
- Experience in a Customer Service or Contact Centre environment.
- Confident communication skills (verbal and written) and strong IT skills including Microsoft Office; experience of telephony or omnichannel systems.
- Ability to stay professional and empathetic when handling challenging situations; positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to pass the necessary security clearance for this role.
