At Vivify, we believe everyone should have access to spaces where they can play, learn, exercise and connect.
We partner with schools across the UK, helping them open their facilities to local communities outside of school hours. Every booking generates valuable income for schools while creating opportunities for people to come together and improve their wellbeing.
We're looking for friendly, reliable and proactive Community Hosts to be the face of Vivify at our partner schools.
What You'll Do
As a Community Host, you'll ensure our hirers have a safe, welcoming and hassle-free experience every time they visit.
You'll:
- Welcome hirers and help them access facilities
- Open and close school sites securely
- Set up equipment and facilities for activities and events
- Carry out basic health and safety checks
- Report any issues using our online platform
- Complete light cleaning and tidying duties to ensure facilities are left ready for the next school day
- Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout each shift

No previous experience is required β we'll provide full training and ongoing support.

Recruitment Process

- Successful candidates will receive a company-funded Enhanced DBS check
- Complete training and start making a difference in your local community
Important Information
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to lone-working requirements
- Proof of right to work in the UK is required
- An Enhanced DBS check is required before starting work
- You must be able to travel to one of our partner schools
