Our Regional Operations Managers lead a team of community hosts across a number of schools to deliver a world-class experience for our hirers.

Vivify completely understands the barriers that schools face in opening up to their local community, and we have three different ways in which we help – from providing a market-leading booking engine to offering a fully managed service.
We have built our own booking engine and designed the business on making things simple. We let technology do the hard work so we can free everybody’s time up to make an impact.

Responsibilities:
- Open new schools to hirers with support from the central support team
- Create an in-depth training manual for community hosts to operate each site
- Establish long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders of the school
- Recruit and train a team of community hosts
- Motivate and engage a team of community hosts
- Create a world-class experience for hirers through your team
- Ensure all venues are fully operationally compliant and meet brand standards
- Conduct venue audits
- Control cost of delivery to maximise the gross profit of each venue
- Collaborate with the Vivify Customer Contact Centre to drive revenue for your venues
Additional Information:
We have a centralised call centre with a world-leading CRM. The call centre will deal with all existing hirer queries. The sales team will sell existing space across all schools.
