As a Community Host, you'll ensure our hirers have a safe, welcoming and hassle‑free experience every time they visit. You'll:
- Welcome hirers and help them access facilities
- Open and close school sites securely
- Set up equipment and facilities for activities and events
- Carry out basic health and safety checks
- Report any issues using our online platform
- Complete light cleaning and tidying duties to ensure facilities are left ready for the next school day
- Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout each shift
