Job Purpose:
To welcome our Hirers and their groups into the schools\’ facilities, ensuring all facilities are opened and set up on time for each group to enjoy their visits.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a world-class experience for our hirers, ensuring all customers receive a positive and memorable experience. Assist hirers with setting up facilities for lettings and school-related events, such as setting up a badminton net or switching on floodlights.
- Undertake light cleaning duties to ensure the school\’s premises are left as found, such as sweeping, tucking chairs, or storing equipment, to avoid extra work for schools and teachers the next morning.
- Ensure the security and safety of the school by unlocking gates and doors and making sure they are securely locked at the end of the shift.
- Complete all health and safety checks during the shift, report hazards or faulty equipment via our platform, and maintain high standards of the school environment for safety and health.
- Receive full training, both in person and online, covering the role, school site, safeguarding, manual handling, fire safety, and customer service.
- Support the school, hirers, and the Vivify team by participating in other activities that may arise to improve service and operations.
