Job Purpose: To welcome our Hirers and their groups into the schools\’ facilities, ensuring all facilities are opened and set up on time for each group to enjoy their visits.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a world-class experience for our hirers, ensuring all customers receive a positive and memorable experience. Assist hirers with setting up facilities for lettings and school-related events, from setting up a badminton net to switching on floodlights.
- Undertake light cleaning duties to ensure the school\’s premises are left as found, such as sweeping and tidying chairs or storing equipment, to avoid extra work for schools and teachers the next morning.
- Ensure the security and safety of the school by unlocking gates and doors and securing them at the end of the shift.
- Complete health and safety checks throughout the shift, report hazards or faulty equipment via our platform to maintain high standards and ensure safety.
- Receive full training, both in person and online, covering site introduction, safeguarding, manual handling, fire safety, and customer service.
- Support the school, hirers, and Vivify team through additional activities to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
