Overview

We are excited to offer an opportunity for a UK Admin Logistics Assistant role to join our Logistics team on a full-time basis for 12 months. This role will be based in our Elcho office in Battersea.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all inbound deliveries to Elcho Street, ensuring timely notification to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Coordinate all outbound shipments from Elcho Street across various departments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate records of all stock movements to and from Elcho Street using the SAP virtual warehouse system.
  • Handle high-value or sensitive shipments for Couture and Davies Street clients, ensuring discretion and precision when required.
  • Track shipments and retrieve Proof of Delivery (POD) documents, proactively resolving any issues or delays with carriers.
  • Support the UK Project Logistics Supervisor in planning and executing logistics for events, exhibitions, and trunk shows.
  • Assist in verifying the weekly deferment statement against import documentation, identifying discrepancies, and liaising with DHL/FedEx to resolve errors.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Logistics team and wider business as required.
  • Participate in weekly departmental meetings to align on priorities and share updates.
  • Oversee the loading bay area, maintaining cleanliness and ensuring proper recycling practices are followed.
  • Any other ad hoc tasks required.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SAP or similar warehouse management systems.
  • Competent skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
  • Understanding of customs and import/export procedures and documentation.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving shipment or delivery issues.
