Vivienne Westwood is seeking a Senior CGI Animation Department Project Lead to join our Marketing team. This role is integral to shaping and delivering exceptional CGI content across our product categories—including jewellery, bags, accessories, eyewear, and footwear—while overseeing the end-to-end project management of CGI initiatives.
As a senior member of the team, you will take ownership of CGI content strategy, workflow efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that all projects align with brand identity, seasonal campaigns, and business objectives. You will not only create high-quality visual assets but also manage timelines, optimize workflows, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders to drive project success.
Creative & Technical Leadership- Lead the execution of CGI projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring alignment with creative briefs and brand standards.
- Work closely with the Head of CGI Content and Marketing Leads to develop and implement CGI content strategies across digital, e-commerce, and campaign materials.
- Provide artistic and technical expertise, ensuring all assets maintain a high level of realism, innovation, and consistency across platforms.
- Research and implement cutting-edge CGI techniques to enhance visual storytelling and brand presence.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of CGI projects, ensuring deadlines and creative objectives are met.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed, ensuring seamless integration of third-party assets and contributions.
- Establish and enforce best practices for asset organization, version control, and project documentation.
- Optimize and refine CAD models (fine jewellery, CLO3D garments, bags, etc.) for high-quality CGI production.
- Lead animation and motion design projects, including dynamic simulations, product interactions, and cinematic camera work.
- Oversee rendering and post-production workflows to deliver polished, high-quality content for marketing and e-commerce use.
- Act as a mentor and technical guide for junior CGI team members, fostering skill development and creative growth.
- Collaborate closely with the design, digital, and e-commerce teams to align CGI assets with broader brand objectives.
5+ years of experience in CGI content creation, with a strong portfolio of high-quality, brand-aligned visuals.
- Expertise in Cinema 4D and Redshift, with hands-on experience in modelling, texturing, animation, and rendering.
- Strong understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) for post-production refinement.
- Proven experience managing CGI projects, from initial concept to final delivery.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing, e-commerce, and product design teams, ensuring brand consistency across all CGI assets.
- Experience with Maya, Rhino, or Unreal Engine for advanced projects and interactive applications.
- Strong background in dynamic simulations and physics-based animations for fabric, metals, and organic materials.
- Experience working in fast-paced luxury fashion or e-commerce environments, balancing creativity with commercial objectives.
- Familiarity with AI-driven rendering and automation tools to optimize workflows.
