Vivienne Westwood is currently seeking a part-time Sales Assistant to join our team at our Leeds store location. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, working in line with brand objectives and KPIs.
- Resolve operational and customer issues efficiently, following company policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback on store performance, operations, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the achievement of sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Handle cash and card transactions in accordance with company guidelines.
- Support stock management processes, including deliveries, transfers, and inventory control.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, ensuring a clean, organised environment in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Act as a positive role model, contributing to a collaborative and motivated team environment.
- Support the training, coaching, and development of team members where required.
- Previous experience in a retail environment, ideally within a premium or luxury setting.
- Experience supporting, motivating, or working collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with a focus on driving results.
