Retoucher – Vivienne Westwood
Perform high-standard art working and image editing of photography, adhering to quality control guidelines and feedback. Focus on still life and model images.
Highly proficient in Adobe Suite and Capture One software.
Work across a broad range of images and categories during ecommerce seasonal uploads and wholesale selling seasons (JOOR) to meet upload targets.
Technical ability in handling invisible mannequins, model, product, and jewelry images.
Demonstrate clear brand understanding and deliver consistent, quality artwork to specifications.
Act as an ambassador for retouch guidelines, supporting detailed notes and feedback from Senior Retouchers and Content & Image Coordinator.
Represent Senior Retouchers in their absence, translating and applying creative direction to final deliverables.
Support the production process and day-to-day retouch operations to meet deadlines.
Perform quality control on editing, color checking/matching images with garments/products for color accuracy.
Suggest retouch processes and software improvements, collaborating with peers to enhance workflow efficiency.
Maintain organized workload and checklist priorities, submitting assets onto the VW dropbox for approval.
Assist in training and developing team skills in Adobe Suite and Capture One.
Maintain open communication with team members regarding delivery schedules and changes.
Minimum requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in retouching/editing.
- A strong portfolio of creative work.
- Ability to attend the SW19 office at least 3 times a week.
- Excellent Photoshop skills and understanding of color spaces and Mac systems.
- Advanced automotive retouching skills, especially on still life, mannequin, and model images.
- Composite retouching experience.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
- Accurate and detail-oriented work ethic.
