Vivienne Westwood is seeking an E-commerce Junior Digital Site Merchandiser to join the Ecommerce Team in its London (Merton) office on a full‑time basis with hybrid working options.

Key Responsibilities

  • The Junior Digital Site Merchandiser will assist with merchandising inventory, catalogues, pricing, promotions, analyse shopping behaviour, and online visual appeal sitewide – all aimed at driving revenue.

Content Management

  • Execute product assortment rules within Business Manager.
  • Sort assigned product categories and subcategories, considering view type, image variants, swatches, image tags, and availability.
  • Support visual merchandising of PLP and PDP for the website, ensuring products are presented accurately and updated according to sales strategy, product launch calendar and business/analytics insight.

Inventory Management

  • Work alongside merchandisers to maintain B2C Commerce price books, export product data catalogues for new and existing content, ensuring product availability and accurate merchandising across sites.
  • Monitor and assess the performance of all imported inventory feeds alongside content assets to assure the correct information is shown per storefront.
  • Apply manual HTML code and updates where needed.
  • Identify any site errors related to inventory records, risk assess product stock level and availability data in each site context.

Campaigns and Promotions

  • Support the merchandise team with timely execution of onsite campaigns, product or promotions, product launches, and seasonal activity, extending campaigns with custom attributes to meet specific business requirements.
  • Maintain and monitor promotional messaging across site configuration including homepage, cart, checkout, PLP, PDP, and quick view.
  • Identify coupon error handling logic and messaging.

Reporting and Analytics

  • Support on individual order processing issues and assess reporting on key web metrics for the team and wider business.
  • Monitor onsite performance of store fronts, report and analyse key onsite metrics across conversion funnel, click‑through, page performance, and search performance.
  • Assist with sequencing of categories across all pages to drive CTR and conversion rate.

Profile & Key Skills

  • At least 2 years’ experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud Platform and content management.
  • Experience using Commerce Cloud Business Manager and web/digital merchandising expertise.
  • Data‑driven, strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Understanding of staging environments and basic HTML coding and web design experience is a plus.
  • Experience managing web‑based analytical tools, such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau.
  • Strong PC skills – advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Team‑orientated and willing to work as part of a collective.
  • Able to deliver under pressure and prioritise accordingly.
