ABOUT THE ROLE
We are excited to offer an
Merchandising Administrator to join our Merchandising team on a full‑time, 6‑month fixed‑term basis.
Based in our Battersea office, this role will provide key administrative support across merchandising and collection activities, ensuring product and collection information is accurately maintained and managed.
We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented individual with strong Excel and organisational skills to support product data management, reporting, licensing administration, and collection workflows.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate product and merchandising data within internal systems and databases
- Review, validate, and correct data discrepancies to ensure information integrity and consistency.
- Support the setup, coding, categorisation, and maintenance of product information and collections.
- Assist with the administration of licensing documentation and support compliance with contractual requirements.
- Coordinate and track merchandising updates, ensuring information is accurately reflected across relevant systems.
- Prepare and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation for the merchandising team.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research, compiling findings into clear summaries and reports.
- Monitor key deadlines and assist with the administration of collection and product lifecycle processes.
- Liaise with internal teams to obtain, verify, and update product‑related information as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the Merchandising & Collection team, including ad‑hoc tasks and project support.

- PROFILE & KEY SKILLS
- Degree or educational background in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Merchandising, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative, data entry, or support role is advantageous but not essential.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
- Well‑organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross‑functional teams.
- Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- No previous fashion industry experience required; enthusiasm to learn and develop within merchandising is welcomed.
