About The Role
Vivienne Westwood is looking for a highly organised and motivated Junior / Mid-weight Producer to support the delivery of photoshoots, video productions, brand events, and digital content. Working within the in-house Production team, you will assist in delivering projects end-to-end, from initial planning and budgeting through to on-set delivery and post-production. You will collaborate closely with Creative, Design, Marketing, Press, and external partners to deliver work that reflects the brand’s identity to a high standard. This role is ideal for someone with early to mid-level production experience who is looking to develop their skills, take on more ownership, and grow within a fast-paced creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Support & Planning
- Support the delivery of multiple projects across stills, motion, events, and content
- Assist in building production plans, timelines, and schedules
- Support budget tracking and cost control across projects
- Work with internal teams to help scope projects and gather requirements
- Identify potential risks and escalates where needed
- Supplier & Team Coordination
- Assist in sourcing and coordinating external suppliers (studios, crew, HMU, stylists, locations, etc.)
- Help manage freelancer bookings and availability
- Support with briefing external partners clearly and effectively
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and freelancers
- On-Set / Event Support
- Provide on-set or on-site support to ensure smooth delivery
- Assist with schedule management and troubleshooting
- Support communication between creative, talent, and production teams
- Ensure all production elements are aligned and prepared
- Post-Production & Delivery
- Assist in managing post-production workflows
- Help coordinate feedback rounds and asset delivery
- Track timelines to ensure deadlines are met
- Support production wrap, including cost tracking and invoicing support
- Operations & Process
- Maintain clear production documentation, schedules, and trackers
- Support the team in improving processes and workflows
- Provide general support across the production function as needed
- Learn and develop best practices across production delivery
Profile & Skills
- 1 - 4 years’ experience in production (fashion, content, advertising, or events)
- Some experience supporting or managing projects from start to finish
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- An interest in creative production and storytelling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
