Working closely with the Head of Digital & CRM and directly support the channel specialists (Paid Social, Performance, CRM, UX), you’ll support reporting, performance analysis, and data integrity across the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their analytics career to gain hands‑on experience within a global luxury fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data & Reporting
  • Monitor and analyse performance across key digital channels (Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO, CRM/Email, Affiliates) using tools such as GA4, Meta Ads, and Google Ads
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards in Looker Studio to enable clear, real‑time visibility of trends
  • Produce and optimise recurring reports using Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and templates)
  • Support analysis of key metrics such as conversion rate, AOV, lifecycle customer behaviour, and product performance
  • Validate and sense‑check data from internal platforms and external agencies, identifying inconsistencies and anomalies
  • Assist in reconciling data across platforms and supporting understanding of attribution differences
  • Analyse website performance using tools such as GA4 and Microsoft Clarity to identify optimisation and A/B testing opportunities
  • Cross Channel Collaboration
  • Act as a data contact point for the digital marketing and e‑commerce teams
  • Support CRM initiatives including segmentation and customer insight analysis
  • Translate complex data into clear, concise insights for non‑technical stakeholders
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in reporting quality and data usage across teams
  • Stay informed on digital, e‑commerce, and luxury fashion trends
  • AI & Data Innovation
  • Explore opportunities to leverage AI tools (e. g. LLMs, AI‑driven analytics platforms) to enhance reporting and insights generation
  • Support experimentation with automation and data workflows
  • Use (or develop) basic Python skills for data manipulation and process optimisation
  • Contribute to evolving best practices in data storytelling and insight generation
  • Ad Hoc & Operational Support
  • Support product feed optimisation, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with trading priorities
  • Coordinate with external agencies on reporting requests and data queries
  • Respond to ad hoc analysis requests across the marketing team
  • Assist in building new dashboards, reports, and insight frameworks
  • Provide general analytical and administrative support as needed

(Please note this is not an exhaustive list of duties and you may be required to perform additional duties to fulfil the requirements of the role)

  • Profile & Key Skills
  • 1+ year in data, analytics, or digital marketing (incl. internships)
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivots, reporting)
  • Familiar with GA4 / digital marketing platforms (Meta, Google Ads)
  • Analytical, detail‑oriented, and confident working with data
  • Able to turn data into clear, actionable insights
  • Organised and able to manage reporting cycles and ad‑hoc requests
  • Collaborative and comfortable working cross‑functionally and with agencies
  • Proactive, hands‑on, and eager to learn
  • Interest in digital marketing, e‑commerce, and customer behaviour
  • Exposure to Looker Studio / Power BI, Python, or AI tools is a plus
