About The Role
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Licensing Coordinator role to join our Licensing team on a full‑time basis for 6 months. This role will be based in our Battersea office.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with the Design Team to coordinate the end‑to‑end product development across eyewear, watches and other special projects, ensuring smooth and on‑time delivery from design brief sampling to final product launch.
- Maintain timely development of the critical paths with Licensees ensuring selling campaign deadlines are met, raising it with the Head of Licensing if any issues occur.
- Ensure selling campaign material including samples, catalogues and price lists are available before the start of a campaign.
- Prepare seasonal presentations for showrooms and store managers about new collections.
- Conduct seasonal market research (competitive shops) to identify activity, pricing and trends.
- Feed insights to the Head of Licensing to help with key decision‑making.
- Analyse quarterly sales performance for all Licensees and report findings to the Senior Management Team.
- Monitor sell‑through within Vivienne Westwood shops.
- Support the creative team on organising seasonal licencee photoshoots, ensuring on‑time delivery within the brand guidelines.
- Arrange and collect samples for events and fashion shows.
- Manage the daily relationship with the Licensees, acting as the primary contact, ensuring alignment, active communication, product timelines and commercial performance, and share details with the Head of Licensing.
- Support the Head of Licensing and the Merchandising Team with ad‑hoc or seasonal projects (e.g., capsule collections, collaborations) from planning to execution.
- Work closely with key departments such as creative, marketing and retail teams to ensure alignment on product launches and campaigns for brand consistency.
- General administrative duties including maintaining accurate documentation, reporting and tracking across all licensing activities.
- Any other ad‑hoc tasks required.

Profile & Key Skills
- 1‑2 years’ experience in a licensing role, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with SAP and PLM platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with other departments.
- Relationship‑building skills with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
- Good understanding of brand licensing agreements.
- Fluent English is essential; other European languages are not essential but useful.
- Understanding of sales and marketing principles.
