ABOUT THE ROLE
We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Ecommerce System Administrator – Japanese Speaking to join our Ecommerce team on a full-time basis for 12 months. This role will be based in our Merton office.
Overseeing the comprehensive enrichment, optimization, and management of digital assets and product data to guarantee precise, consistent, and robust data feeds across multiple online platforms and system environments, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and operational excellence.
KEY REPSONSIBILITIES
- Manage and oversee the B2C enrichment, and maintenance of digital assets across systems including PLM, DAM, PIM, SFCC platforms for B2C Japan locale and supporting APAC territories.
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of information across systems for digital assets,
- Develop and manage controls for seasonal and evergreen digital assets across category lines to ensure timely updates and strategic alignment with upload deadlines and website activities.
- Synchronise with the studio production team and Japanese stakeholders to manage publishing feeds and ensure timely updates and correct enrichment according to checklist and frequency.
- Monitor and manage digital assets across systems, ensuring proper organisation, tagging, and retrievability of images and other media. Carry out regular audits to ensure efficient version control
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to product data and asset management, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and integrate new product information, images, and assets into existing systems.
- Perform regular audits of product data and digital assets to maintain accuracy and compliance with internal standards. including images, coding, and text.
- Document system configurations, processes, and best practices for reference and team training.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in product data and digital asset management to enhance operational efficiency.
