Vivienne Westwood is currently seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team at our Conduit store location. This is a part‑time position for 3 days a week.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate strong commercial awareness, working in line with brand objectives and KPIs
- Resolve operational and customer issues efficiently, following company policies and procedures
- Provide feedback on store performance, operations, and opportunities for improvement
- Support the achievement of sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
- Handle cash and card transactions in accordance with company guidelines
- Support stock management processes, including deliveries, transfers, and inventory control
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, ensuring a clean, organised environment in line with visual merchandising guidelines
- Act as a positive role model, contributing to a collaborative and motivated team environment
- Support the training, coaching, and development of team members where required
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous experience in a retail environment, ideally within a premium or luxury setting
- Experience supporting, motivating, or working collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
