We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Commercial Operations Coordinator role to join our Commercial Operations team on a full‑time basis. This role will be based in our Conduit office.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to supervise and manage various daily operational aspects.
  • Coordinate Product Development Teams for collections finalization in line with the seasonal plan set by the Operations Manager.
  • Coordinate with the Merchandising Team for price finalization in line with the seasonal plan set by the Operations Manager.
  • Coordinate with IT for the products/prices release on the digital selling platform JOOR.
  • Constantly liaise with the Sales/Buying Teams worldwide and update the Commercial Operations Manager on the status of the selling campaign.
  • Cross‑check JOOR data vs. product files – troubleshooting.
  • Price list management, system and orders alignment.
  • Support tickets management.
  • Sell‑material coordination: Selling book, PEM, images, circulars, Conditions of Sales.
  • Management of entire order cycle.
  • Cancellations: liaise with showrooms in case of partial cancellations to be actioned.
  • Purchase Order raising.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal teams regarding pricing, order flow, and digital tools.
  • Support the Wholesale teams and wholesale customers worldwide throughout the season and perform all administrative tasks related to key customers, as directed by the Operations Manager.
  • Check customer POs against the OC and manage adjustments directly with the customers when necessary.
  • Verify that quantity, prices, product codes, product/color descriptions, supplier code, DW and destination of the goods exactly match the OC.
  • Work toward all performance targets as set by the management team.
