Vivienne Westwood is looking for a Supervisor to join our team based in the Cardiff Store. You will join us for 5 days per week on a fixed term contract and in return you will receive a competitive wage of £13.15 per hour plus commission and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent level of customer service and surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity.
- Maximising every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sale targets and KPI indicators.
- Responding to queries regarding price, location, features, benefits and use of Vivienne Westwood merchandise.
- Following Company procedures and policies to maintain security of stock, customer records and cash handling.
- Enhancing standards of merchandise presentation and housekeeping.
- Ensuring all customers' orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time, maintaining accurate records of all customer requirements and following company procedures.
- Taking every opportunity to capture customer data in order to expand the VW UK database and encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
- Attending and participating in all store meetings and training events as required.
- Ensuring good communication and professionalism is maintained at all times.
- Adhering to company policy regarding dress code and conduct as outlined in the staff handbook.
- Maintaining shop standards.
- Taking active part in preparation and conducting stock takes.
- Helping with cashing up.
- Coaching and training other staff on sales and customer service.
- Assisting with training new staff.
- Monitoring individual staff daily/monthly sale targets and coach them when needed to improve their sales and KPIs.
- Fulfilling any other tasks as outlined by the Store Management.
