Vivienne Westwood is looking for a Supervisor to join our team based in the Cardiff Store. You will join us for 5 days per week on a fixed term contract and in return you will receive a competitive wage of £13.15 per hour plus commission and benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent level of customer service and surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity.
  • Maximising every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sale targets and KPI indicators.
  • Responding to queries regarding price, location, features, benefits and use of Vivienne Westwood merchandise.
  • Following Company procedures and policies to maintain security of stock, customer records and cash handling.
  • Enhancing standards of merchandise presentation and housekeeping.
  • Ensuring all customers' orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time, maintaining accurate records of all customer requirements and following company procedures.
  • Taking every opportunity to capture customer data in order to expand the VW UK database and encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty.
  • Attending and participating in all store meetings and training events as required.
  • Ensuring good communication and professionalism is maintained at all times.
  • Adhering to company policy regarding dress code and conduct as outlined in the staff handbook.
  • Maintaining shop standards.
  • Taking active part in preparation and conducting stock takes.
  • Helping with cashing up.
  • Coaching and training other staff on sales and customer service.
  • Assisting with training new staff.
  • Monitoring individual staff daily/monthly sale targets and coach them when needed to improve their sales and KPIs.
  • Fulfilling any other tasks as outlined by the Store Management.
