Bridal Specialist

Overview

Vivienne Westwood is looking for a Bridal Specialist to join the Sales team in the Davies Street Store on a full-time basis. The role focuses on maximizing sales and delivering exceptional customer service within the Bridal department, while adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent levels of customer service and surpass customer expectations at every opportunity
• Maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicators
• Provide enhanced till accountability (process refunds, price overrides) and be relied upon to cash up when necessary
• Identify customer needs and answer all product-related questions with emphasis on Bridal & Couture
• Respond to queries regarding price, location, features, benefits and use of Vivienne Westwood merchandise with emphasis on Bridal & Couture
• Assist less experienced colleagues in responding to customer enquiries
• Follow company procedures to maintain stock security, customer records and cash handling
• Enhance standards of merchandise presentation and housekeeping
• Ensure all customer orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on time, maintaining accurate records of customer requirements according to company procedures
• Capture customer data to expand the VW UK database and encourage repeat visits and loyalty
• Identify opportunities to grow the business within the store (emphasis on Bridal & Couture)
• Resolve customer complaints promptly by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations to store management
• Attend and participate in all store meetings and training events as required
• Maintain excellent communication and professionalism at all times
• Adhere to dress code and conduct as outlined in the employee handbook
• Communicate health & safety issues to the store manager and comply with safety and security procedures
• Complete any other tasks outlined by store management

Profile & Key Skills

• Have at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on exceeding expectations
• Strong sales and target-driven mindset
• Knowledgeable about Bridal & Couture products and able to convey this knowledge effectively
• Proficient in till operations, including processing refunds, price overrides, and cash handling
• Strong organisational and time-management skills for managing stock and completing customer orders efficiently
• Skilled in resolving customer complaints and maintaining professionalism
• Willingness to learn and participate in training events and meetings
• Adherence to company policies, including dress code and safety procedures
