Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day Heritage and Fashion Editing administration.
- Support with daily returns and requests using the Fashion GPS.
- Assist with archival care, maintenance and accurate digital upload of archival pieces onto the FGPS system.
- Assist with labelling, re-housing and cataloguing garments and accessories.
- Support the Fashion editing team with photoshoot preparation and coordination.
- Support the Fashion Editing team with set-up and take down of backstage styling and preparation areas on styling and shoot days.
- Work with the Fashion Editing team to ensure the successful delivery of creative projects.
Qualifications
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Data-oriented with acute attention to detail and processes.
- Able to adapt to daily changes.
- Self-motivated.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of Outlook emailing systems and Excel is beneficial.
