About The Role
We are excited to offer an opportunity for an APAC Digital & Marketing Intern to join our Digital Marketing Team on a full‑time basis for 3 months. Working closely with the APAC Digital & Retail Lead, this role will support the execution and coordination of digital and retail initiatives across the APAC region, with a particular focus on digital channels, reporting, and operational support. The successful candidate will help ensure brand consistency, commercial alignment, and operational excellence across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and scheduling of content across APAC digital and social channels.
- Coordinate digital content with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with regional partners to ensure consistency in tone, visual identity and content quality across all digital touchpoints.
- Track, analyse and report on monthly performance metrics across key social platforms, using insights to support optimisation and benchmarking.
- Monitor competitor activity and broader industry trends, producing regular insights and maintaining up‑to‑date monthly competitor reports.
- Maintain digital reporting tools, shared folders and documentation for all APAC digital activities.
- Research and compile monthly intelligence on competitor retail activations, pop‑ups, events, and in‑store initiatives across the APAC region.
- Support the development and ongoing maintenance of an APAC influencer and KOL tracker.
- Work closely with the commercial team to support key product launches and regional initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and internal documentation.
- Proofread content and support with translations where required.
- Provide general administrative and project support to the APAC Digital & Retail Lead and wider team.
- Any other ad hoc tasks required.

Profile & Key Skills
- 1–2 years’ experience in digital, marketing, retail, fashion, or a related field (internships included).
- Fluency in Mandarin, with strong written and verbal English.
- Strong interest in APAC markets, particularly Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
- Familiarity with key social and digital platforms including WeChat, Weibo, RED (Xiaohongshu), and Instagram.
- Knowledge of Tmall, Mini Programs, and WeCom is advantageous.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Good time‑management skills.
- Confident communicator, comfortable working across teams, cultures, and time zones.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, Docs).
- Passionate about fashion, culture and digital marketing, with a proactive and curious mindset.
