About the Role
Vivienne Westwood is looking for an Archive – Heritage and Fashion Editor Intern to join our team based in our Elcho Street Office in Battersea. This position is offered on a full-time basis for 3 months, at £14.80 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day Heritage and Fashion Editing administration.
- Support with daily returns and requests using the Fashion GPS system.
- Assist with archival care, maintenance and accurate digital upload of archival pieces onto the FGPS system.
- Assist with labelling, re-housing and cataloguing garments and accessories.
- Support the Fashion editing team with photoshoot preparation and co-ordination.
- Support the Fashion Editing team with set-up and take down of backstage styling and preparation areas on styling and shoot days.
- Work with the Fashion Editing team to ensure the successful delivery of creative projects.
- Any other ad hoc tasks required.
Profile & Key Skills
- Knowledge and previous experience with Fashion GPS (Launchmetrics Samples) preferred.
- Knowledge of Outlook emailing systems and Excel desirable.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Data orientated with acute attention to detail and processes.
- Must be able to adapt to daily changes and be self-motivated.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential.
