We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work on our transformation programme. This is a full-time, permanent position working 37 hours per week, with a minimum of 20% of this time office-based to promote collaboration and team working.

Role overview:

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in VIVID\’s transformation. Your expertise in business processes, requirements gathering, and process improvements will be essential. You will support Programme and Project Managers with planning, ensuring tasks are well-defined and resources accurately estimated.

Initially, you will work within our Programme team to understand requirements and shape the To-Be Process for Income and Debt Recovery, Tenancy Management, Neighbourhoods, and Asset Management on a MS Dynamics platform. You will liaise with stakeholders, partners, and internal teams, and contribute to developing our business analysis practice, with opportunities to manage small teams.

Ideal candidates will have experience leading or mentoring teams, a good understanding of MS Dynamics, Agile analysis methods (creating EPICs, Features, User Stories), and familiarity with project management tools like Gantt charts, risk logs, and business cases.
