We’re looking for a talented Sales Officer to join our team. Contractually based out of our Portsmouth office, this is a part-time permanent position, working 19.5 hours per week across Monday, Tuesday and Friday, with a minimum of 20% of this to be office based to promote collaboration and team working.

Responsibilities
- The Sales Officer will coordinate all VIVID’s shared ownership new build and resales transactions, and all other leasehold activities including staircasing, Right to Buy/Acquire, lease extensions, remortgages and transfer of equity.
- Support the sales executives with the coordination, monitoring and reporting of the new-build private sale programme, and resale/leasehold activity, in liaison with relevant developers, agents and solicitors.
- Ensure that sales and investment objectives are achieved in accordance with financial plans and targets.
- Maintain a sound understanding of the social housing environment, including regulation and emerging government policy; understand housing market, legal and regulatory requirements related to the government’s shared ownership scheme.
- Embrace a strong performance culture and commitment to customer experience and satisfaction, ensuring the delivery of high-quality information.
- Travel is required; a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use is a requirement. Business mileage will be paid.
