VIVID is seeking a Neighbourhood Officer to help create safe, well-maintained communities across West Sussex, Portsmouth and surroundings. This permanent, full-time role (37 hours) is based in Portsmouth, but it is a remote working role with field activity in the community and travel across the patch.
You will be the key contact for customers, handling tenancy issues, health and safety matters, repairs and service charges while delivering value for money.
