Contractually based in our Portsmouth office. Permanent role, working 37 hours a week, with a minimum of 20% office‑based.

About the Role

As an Information Governance Administrator, you’ll support the team in handling data subject rights requests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will collaborate across the business, providing guidance, maintaining records, and carrying out administrative tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to data subject rights requests, recording and tracking each case.
  • Work with stakeholders to provide clear guidance on information governance.
  • Maintain accurate records and support the Governance team’s administrative needs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast‑paced administrative role with strong time‑management skills.
  • Basic knowledge of data protection and confidentiality (training will be provided).
  • Strong IT skills: proficient with Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Basic DBS check required.
