VIVID is looking for a Neighbourhood Officer to join our team on a 9‑month fixed-term contract. The full-time role (37 hours weekly) is based in Portsmouth and predominantly serves the Southampton patch.
It is a remote working role, with travel required across the patch. You will be the main point of contact for customers regarding tenancy, health and safety, repairs and charges, building strong relationships, and delivering value-for-money services.
