VIVID is hiring an End User Technology Support Technician to join our IT team. This full-time role (37 hours) involves 20% office-based collaboration within the CIDO team and across the business, delivering hands-on technical support to staff and helping maintain IT services.
You’ll contribute to evaluating and onboarding new technologies, supporting service transition, and managing IT equipment lifecycle to ensure staff have the tools they need from day one.
