We’re VIVID! We offer a vibrant, friendly, inclusive culture that supports, develops and attracts the best people! We’re looking for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to lead, motivate and delegate to the grounds maintenance operatives who will work alongside you to carry out our grounds maintenance service.

You’ll predominantly cover Aldershot and the surrounding North Hampshire area, and will also be required to visit our Basingstoke office for training and ad hoc meetings. This is a full time, permanent role, working 39 hours per week!

On top of the competitive salary, you can benefit from:

  • 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays), with the opportunity to buy or sell annual leave
