We’re VIVID! – A vibrant, friendly, inclusive culture that supports, develops and attracts the best people. The role is a 12‑month FTC position, based out of either our Portsmouth or Basingstoke offices. It works 37 hours a week with a mix of home and office working.

Role responsibilities:
- Lead 3 neighbourhood teams based in North Hampshire, driving improvements to customer satisfaction and value for money.
- Oversee the Leasehold and Service Charge team, managing the service charge process and ensuring transparency, accuracy and effective customer query handling.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, managing agents and external partners to guarantee service standards are met for leasehold and shared ownership customers.
- Partner with other departments across the organisation to deliver comprehensive neighbourhood services and maintain estates to a high standard.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring services exceed regulatory and best practice standards.
Required qualifications:
- Proven track record in housing management, leasehold and service charges.
- Experience in a customer‑centric environment with sound knowledge of housing legislation.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use – business mileage will be paid.
- Basic DBS check.
