We’re looking for two new members to join our panel. This is a group of customers who work together to challenge how things are done and make sure customer voices are heard loud and clear. You’ll help review services, hold VIVID to account, and make recommendations that lead to real improvements. It’s a great way to build experience, meet new people, and make a genuine impact.

We’ll also agree on a few extra dates for deeper reviews. New members will get a full induction and training.
