Want to lead change in the community? Got ideas about how VIVID can do better? We’re looking for a new Chair to lead the VIVID Customer Scrutiny Panel and help shape the future of our services.
What You’ll Do
- Lead quarterly panel meetings and set the agenda.
- Support members to carry out deep‑dive reviews and develop recommendations.
- Represent the panel in meetings with VIVID’s Board and Customer Services Committee.
- Help ensure customer feedback leads to real improvements.
- Promote the panel’s work across VIVID’s customer base.

2026 Meetings
We keep things flexible and usually hold four evening meetings a year (6‑8pm on MS Teams). The dates for 2026 are already set, but we’re happy to work around things for the right person:
- 19 February
- 21 May
- 20 August
- 26 November
New Chairs will receive a full induction and training.
