We’re looking for a Skilled Labourer to join our Planned Maintenance team in Hampshire. This role can be contractually based out of our Portsmouth or Basingstoke office, covering our homes across Hampshire predominantly. This is a full time, permanent role, working 39 hours per week.

Job Details:
As a skilled labourer, you’ll provide a minor skilled repairs and maintenance service to our properties. This will involve (but is not limited to) the following:
- Fitting correct signage to properties
- Assisting on 2-man jobs for fitting doors and loft hatches
- Minor works for fire stopping, including in loft spaces
- Collection and delivery of items to sites
- Keeping sites clear of rubbish and collecting and disposing of rubbish as required & delivering to tip/central skip
- Occasionally small jobs of painting and decorating
- Willing to be trained in all aspects of what works we complete
You’ll need to have experience as a labourer in a varied role, carrying out similar tasks to the above. You’ll also have good knowledge of health and safety to carry out works safely. This role will involve some light admin duties and the use of an electronic handheld device. A full, clean current driving licence (held for at least 1 year) is needed so you can drive one of our vans when necessary. Offers are subject to satisfactory driving licence checks and DBS check.
