We offer a vibrant, friendly, inclusive culture that supports, develops and attracts the best people. We have an exciting opportunity for an interim Head of Operations to join our team for 12 months covering maternity leave. Contractually based out of our Portsmouth or Basingstoke office, this is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week.
During your induction you would be expected to attend the office 3 days a week to enable you to build strong working relationships with your teams. After your induction period we offer flexibility in your work location, either the office or home, and you would be expected to work in the office as required.
