What we can offer you:

  • 26 days holiday (plus bank holidays), with the opportunity to buy or sell annual leave

Responsibilities:

As electrical supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the line management of a team of highly skilled electricians and external contractors to ensure that they provide a first‑class repairs and maintenance service to our customers. You’ll manage, motivate, develop and support your team to ensure they remain fully skilled, flexible and high performing. You’ll carry out regular 1‑1’s and 90‑day reviews with your team, identifying training and development needs, and ensuring that training plans are written, actioned and monitored.
