We are looking for a Bulk Rubbish Team Leader to join our team, contractually based out of our Basingstoke office, covering the North Hampshire area. This is a full-time, permanent role, working 39 hours per week.

Here are the facts about the role:
As a bulk rubbish team leader, you will help your team to deliver a high-quality caretaking service to properties within the community. This includes clearing bin areas of rubbish, clearing fly tipping, cleaning communal hallways and testing fire detection/safety equipment. You will motivate the team to complete work to a high standard and within suitable timeframes, focusing on delivering a great customer experience and consistently meeting all 7 steps of our 'first class repairs service'.
You will have experience in waste collection/correct disposal, cleaning in a domestic or commercial environment, as well as knowledge of COSHH. You will also need a full, clean, current driving licence (held for at least 1 year) to drive one of our trucks. This role is subject to a satisfactory driving licence check, as well as a DBS check.
We do our best to make reasonable adjustments wherever possible. However, due to the nature of this position, the job holder must be capable of working at heights, manual handling and lifting heavy and bulky items, and a high degree of mobility, which will include walking/lifting/loading and unloading vehicles.
