What You’ll Do

  • Drive Growth: Generate new opportunities from marketing-qualified leads and prospecting while closing new accounts and upselling existing in the mid-market/small enterprise.
  • Solution Selling: Use a consultative approach to showcase our unique value proposition and guide clients through the entire sales process.
  • Build Business Cases: Develop compelling cases for data management projects that deliver real business value and fast ROI.
  • Strategise: Define a territory plan targeting ideal customers.
  • Collaborate: Partner with technical teams to design meaningful solutions and ensure client success.
  • Keep it Clean: Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy.
  • Share Success: Collaborate with teammates, sharing best practices for mutual growth.

What You Bring (Must-Haves)

  • Knows their local business environment and builds strong professional networks.
  • Excels at identifying and qualifying new opportunities to drive business impact.
  • Compellingly communicates value propositions.
  • Has 5+ years of success selling enterprise B2B software solutions.
  • Excited by the thrill of the chase and comfortable with strategic prospecting.
  • Understands the modern data ecosystem of enterprise organisations.
  • Is willing to travel (~40%) and speaks fluent English.

Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)

  • Experience selling Data Driven solutions.
  • Startup experience paired with large company expertise.
  • Familiarity with MEDDICC/MEDDPICC methodologies.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and PowerPoint (G-Suite experience a plus!).
