Vivid Rock are proud to be partnering with an exciting, high growth SaaS business as they continue to scale at pace due to significant interest in their platform from Manufacturing companies across the globe. As a result of this success, they are looking to hire more staff globally, and we have the privilege of working with them to hire a Continuous Improvement Project Manager to join their Manufacturing Customer Success team, responsible for the implementation, training, and platform optimisation of their flagship product, to help their clients achieve operational excellence.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Work with customers to understand their Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement strategies.
  • Support the successful delivery of customer projects, specifically those related to achieving Operational Excellence via the SaaS software platform.
  • Ensure the quality of delivery exceeds customer expectations by effectively managing activities and deliverables within your remit.
  • Own the delivery of the end-to-end SaaS platform onboarding journey: from pilot, configuration, and integration to training, go-live, and re-certification.
  • Take responsibility for being the platform and Operational Excellence expert.
  • Configure the platform and coordinate integrations.
  • Deliver key-use sessions and impactful train-the-trainer training.
  • Create and maintain training and support materials.
  • Manage customer escalations and coordinate solutions internally.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure client success.

Key Skills:

  • Experience working in a Manufacturing specific role, such as Operations Manager, Production Manager, etc.
  • Solid project management experience and proficiency with project management tools.
  • Exceptional knowledge of Lean methodologies (Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, etc.).
  • Track record of customer-facing experience, strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience of/or understanding of MES software solutions.
  • Experience working remotely and across time zones.
  • Can speak either French or German.
