We're working with a local authority in Hertfordshire who are looking for an interim Environmental Health Officer or Food Safety Officer to come in and complete 100 Food Safety/Hygiene Inspections. The majority of the inspections are CAT D. Ideally, the candidate will be able to complete the inspections during usual working hours, but there is the possibility to complete these inspections flexibly. The inspections must be completed by the end of March (or within a few weeks after).
