An opportunity has arisen for an MRICS-qualified Surveyor to join a well-established multidisciplinary property consultancy in Greater Manchester.
Working as part of an experienced Estate Management team, you'll advise a broad client base across a varied commercial property portfolio, delivering a mix of estate management, landlord & tenant and asset management instructions.
This is a client-facing role offering genuine responsibility, a varied workload and excellent long-term career prospects within a growing business.
The Role
- Managing a diverse commercial property portfolio.
- Advising clients on landlord & tenant matters including lease renewals, rent reviews, lease re-gears and dilapidations.
- Supporting acquisitions, disposals and wider asset management initiatives.
- Providing strategic estate management advice to maximise portfolio performance.
- Preparing reports and recommendations for clients.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
About You
- MRICS qualified.
- Experience within commercial estate management, general practice or asset management.
- Strong knowledge of landlord & tenant matters.
- Commercially minded with excellent communication skills.
- Able to manage your own workload and build lasting client relationships.
