Interim Estates Surveyor – Local Authority
We are looking for an experienced Interim Estates Surveyor to support our busy local authority property team. This is a key role managing a diverse portfolio, including commercial and operational assets, ensuring best value and compliance across the estate. No Residential work at all!
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of a varied property portfolio
- Lease negotiations, renewals, and rent reviews
- Providing professional estate management advice
- Supporting asset strategy and disposals/acquisitions
- Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance
- Advising on valuation work
Requirements
- Proven experience in estates management, ideally within the public sector
