What Will You Be Doing?
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will run your own business within a business. From sourcing top-tier candidates to building relationships with niche clients, you will have full ownership of the 360Β° recruitment process.
You will be:
- Sourcing high-quality candidates for specialist roles
- Winning and managing clients within your niche market
- Negotiating deals and placing candidates into exciting opportunities
- Working towards clear KPIs and goals
- Driving your own progression and success

- A recent graduate (any discipline welcome)
