Essential:
- MRICS qualified.
- RICS Registered Valuerstatus.
- Demonstrable experienceundertaking Red Bookvaluations.
- Excellent report writingand communication skills.
- Strong attention todetail and commercialawareness.
- Full UK drivinglicence and willingnessto travel locally.
Desirable:
- Experience across bothresidential and commercialproperty.
- Existing professional networkwithin the GreaterManchester/North West propertymarket.
- Ability to managea varied workloadindependently.
