The Role
You will be responsible for leading multiple projects through the full lifecycle, from business case development and design through to construction, commissioning, and handover. Working with a range of stakeholders, contractors, and delivery partners, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver complex capital projects and programmes.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and resources.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and external contractors.
- Oversee NEC contract administration and commercial performance.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, governance, and assurance activities.
- Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and health & safety requirements.
- Mentor and support junior project management professionals.

- Demonstrable experience delivering major capital investment projects.
- Strong understanding of NEC contracts, procurement, and commercial management.
- Experience managing external suppliers and contractors in construction or infrastructure environments.
