LOCUM PRIVATE FAMILY SOLICITOR | SOUTH WEST | HYBRID
Vivid Resourcing is working with a well-established law firm in the South West who are looking to bring in an experienced Private Family Solicitor on a locum basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, including:
- Divorce and financial settlements
- Cohabitation agreements
- Pre and post-nuptial agreements
- TOLATA matters (non-contentious)
- Domestic abuse matters
REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx).
- Strong experience handling privately funded family matters.
- Confident advising clients and managing a varied caseload.
- Advocacy experience would be beneficial.
- Legal Aid experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
