I’m currently working with two local authorities in East Anglia who have new contract requirements within their planning teams. They are looking to appoint a Principal Planning Officer and a Senior Planning Officer, both to start as soon as possible.

  • Principal Planning Officer
    • Managing large major applications and signing off applications
    • Ideally full-time (37 hours), though part-time options will be considered
    • Office presence required on a fortnightly basis
    • Start: ASAP
    • Contract: 6 months, rolling
    • Rates: Very competitive (£50+)
  • Senior Planning Officer
    • Managing complex minor and householder caseloads
    • Ideally full-time (37 hours), though part-time options can be considered
    • Office presence required on a fortnightly basis
    • Start: ASAP
    • Contract: 6 months, rolling
    • Rates: Very competitive (£45+)
